there,s many ways to deal with them. compression stockings are the 1st line of defense. many docs and nurses wear them. there,s WebMD. a site with info on them.

I had varicose veins and thr is no cure but surgery or laser surgery. Cider vinegar is said to help slightly and i do think it does a bit but u will have to get surgery to "cure" them! I was only 17 when i had my surgically removed!

The only real way is to do laser therapy.
